Sumida Modern Brand CertificationThis is a project designed to promote high-value products native to Sumida. The products are created following the fine techniques of Sumida artisans and factories, and along with local restaurants’ signature menus, are certified as “Sumida Modern” under the slogan, “Nostalgic, yet New”. Sumida Local Brand Strategy won the Good Design Award 2015The Sumida Local Brand Strategy that Sumida developed won the Good Design Award in the Regional / Community Development and Social Contribution Activities section in 2015. The strategy is developed by three projects that focus on Sumida Modern brand certification, monozukuri (making things) collaboration, and marketing expansion.
